Thank God we have not needed to restore any files yet, however the peace of mind i have now knowing that my office is backed up nightly and is available instantly gives me peace of mind. In addition we had an error in the backup for a couple of days and tech support fixed me up and had me running within 10 minutes of notification of the error.
