You can decide if you want to give a percentage of that off to your clients or if you would like to keep the full commission for yourself. Example - You might want to create a coupon code "XYZ" to give your client a 5% discount, and then you will get remaining 10% commission from OnlineBackupVault.com. This option offers you a portal where you can login, see the order details of your clients' accounts, see commissions, create coupons for your clients etc. With this option OnlineBackupVault.com will offer customer service and full technical support directly to the end user (your client) - This option is most common for small businesses/consulting firms with a limited support staff as well as businesses that are not directly in the IT field that are simply looking for residual revenue while not looking for an additional workload such as insurance brokers etc.

We will re-brand OnlineBackupVault.com as "your" software. The software will have no mention of OnlineBackupVault.com. The software will have strictly your contact information. With this selection you have all the features of OnlineBackupVault.com software but your users will not have the value added features OnlineBackupVault.com home page offers. We will provide you a link to the web server so that your users may have access from the road to their files. With this option you must commit to signing up 30 clients within the first three months. The cost of branding your software is $100.00. With this option the partner can create trial accounts from his/her portal to track his clients as well as convert those trials to paid accounts. Included with this option is a custom branded user manual in PDF format. With this option we will resell OBV plans to you at 20% below web pricing and you may resell to your clients at whatever rate you would like. OBV will charge you an annual maintenance fee of $5.00 per account. If you do not reach a minimum of 30 clients by the end of the fourth month there will be an additional surcharge of $5.00 per account per quarter.

OnlineBackupVault.com strives to provide the best product and service available. When reselling OnlineBackupVault.com please make sure your clients agree to TOS on signing of contract. OnlineBackupVault.com will issue commissions on approximately day 61 after signup for the period of the plan selected. Commissions are ongoing for the LIFE of the client using OnlineBackupVault.com services. If you have a large amount of clients to sign up within a short period (25 or more within a 1 month period) please contact our Reseller Consultant ahead of time to work out a special commission plan (1877-45-Vault ext 200). When signing up clients – please enter the promo code that you created above to ensure that you receive the commission for the accounts you referred. Whenever a client signs up and or renews a contract using the promo code that you provided you will receive an email alerting you of commission due. In the event a client does not pay a bill (clients paying by check, or in the event that a credit card charge is denied, and OnlineBackupVault.com can NOT collect the money within 90 days, if the commission was already paid to you (the reseller) – the amount paid is due back in full and will be credited back when OnlineBackupVault.com receives payment from the end user.
